Wednesday February 17th
On the final day of this phase of Prayer Wheels, we were praying for the Circuit as a whole as Lent begins, and as we plan for the future. In a similar vein, we were praying in the wider world for the government's planning and for the decisions and announcements that they have to make in the next few days.
Tuesday February 16th
Today we were praying for Wells & Wighton, and for Watton, Methodist Churches. In the wider world, we were praying for those who are uncertain about receiving their vaccination.
Monday February 15th
Today we were praying for Wendling, and Tittleshall, Methodist Churches. In the wider world, we were praying for all prisoners and those awaiting legal proceedings of any sort.
Friday February 12th
Today were praying for Thursford, and Swaffham, Methodist Churches. In the wider world, we were praying for all those suffering from mental issues, and for those who care for them.
Thursday February 11th
Today we were praying for Saham Hills Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for those running small businesses and those worrying about their financial viability in the current circumstances.
Wednesday February 10th
Today we were praying for Toftwood Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for those who are in despair because of unsafe cladding on their building and for those who are trying to help them.
Tuesday February 9th
Today we were praying for the Pilgrim Methodist Church: Blakeney and Walsingham. In the wider world, we were praying for the emergency services, particularly for ambulance drivers and paramedics.
Monday February 8th
Today we were praying for the retired ministers (Supernumaries) in our Circuit. In the wider world, we were praying for people working, or travelling, in the snow.
Friday February 5th
Today we were praying for Stibbard Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for all those who have power to make decisions that affect our environment and, indeed, the future of our planet (a possible coal mine in Cumbria is in the news at the moment).
Thursday February 4th
Today we were praying for Mattishall Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for the situation in Myanmar and for governments across the world as they make decisions about how to react and respond.
Wednesday February 3rd
Today we were praying for Litcham Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for those dealing with the new variants of the virus and for the mass testing programme that is taking place in various postcodes across the country.
Monday February 1st
Today we were praying for Mandy, our Circuit Administrator and Lew, our Circuit Treasurer. In the wider world, we were praying for all those involved in management and administration in hospitals, GP surgeries, clinics, vaccination centres, etc etc.
Friday January 29th
Today we were praying for Sculthorpe and Fakenham Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for the less developed countries, and for the provision of quantities of vaccine to be got to them.
Thursday January 28th
Today we were praying for Sporle Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying that those with the power at national, and international, level might be able to work together as a team and fight the pandemic on a united front.
Wednesday January 27th
Today we were praying for Gressenhall Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for the 100,000+ people who have lost loved ones to covid-19.
Tuesday January 26th
Today we were praying for Hingham Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for Funeral Directors everywhere.
Monday January 25th
Today we were praying for the Staff of the Circuit - Revs Cliff and Anne, Deacon Jen and Pioneer Sam. In the wider world, we were praying for parents struggling with having to home school their children and having to combine childcare with work.

Today we were praying for Garvestone Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for all Care Homes as they have to deal with the prevalence of covid-19 as well as the vaccination programme.
Wednesday January 20th
Today we were praying for Great Ellingam Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for the USA as Donald Trump leaves the White House and Joe Biden is inaugurated at 11.30 am local time (5 pm our time).
Tuesday January 19th
Today we were praying for Holt Methodist church. In the wider world we were praying for all those anticipating, or experiencing, flooding and other negative effects of persistent rain.
Monday January 18th
Today we were praying for our Circuit Superintendent, Rev Jacqui, with her many churches and responsibilities. In the wider world, we were praying for Christians throughout the world as the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity begins today.
Friday January 15th
Today we were praying for Trinity Church, Dereham. In the wider world, we were praying for all those suffering from long covid.
Thursday January 14th
Today we were praying for the new outreach at Great Cressingham, known as the Hive. In the wider world, we were praying for those at home who have been newly diagnosed with covid-19.
Wednesday January 13th
Today we were praying for Fulmodeston Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for the rollout of the vaccine programme - in the UK, and in the world.
Tuesday January 12th
Today we were praying for Beetley Methodist Church. In the wider world, we were praying for everyone who is currently an in-patient in an intensive care ward.
Monday January 11th
Today we were praying for the new lockdown initiatives in the Circuit and for a good response. In the wider world, we were praying for all the staff working in hospitals at the present time.
